Muzz, I'm on windows and I'm not able to down load the map. Could you please explain how to do it from here?

I was able...

just clicked on the link... then after downloaded in the lower left corner I right clicked on the file and chose "view in folder"
took me to the folder where I coppied it then pasted it into the warbirds folder
