Front line position updated.
Allied DAR effectively covers the entire terrain at the start of Frame 4, except for the extreme NE corner of the map, so it is not annotated.
Approx LW DAR range (20 sm radius) marked with red arcs.

It would seem that GeneralOberst von Arnim's gambit, Unternehmen Ochsenkopf was highly successful, with the British V Corps being driven back from Medierda and freeing the salient at Djebel Abiad (F72). Similar Axis successes were seen in the central and southern operations areas, with the Eighth Army being driven back from the outskirts of Soluman to just north of the airfield of Kairouan. Notwithstanding advances by the Wehrmacht under Generalfeldmarschall Kesselring, the USAAC 12th Air Force and RAF Desert air Force struck back with brute force, closing, but not leading to the capture of several critical fields, including Bizerte and Cap Blanc. Unfortunately for the Allies, these fields have since been reconstructed thanks to the hard efforts of the Wehrmacht Bautruppen.

What lies ahead in Frame 4 will depend on the planning of the Axis and Allies COs. The map of the current situation is seen below:
