<S> all!
Below is my comparison of the fighters in this upcoming S3 series. Do note that the Bf 109G-6 has not been remodeled by the current FM Team. All other fighters are however remodeled and should have a very close to realistic performance.

Speed
Speed wise the C.205 Veltro stands out. It had the same engine as the Bf 109G's but a way sleeker airframe. The other fighters are very evenly matched, with the C.202 and P-40F being slower than the rest above 15000 ft. The Allied P-38G and Spitfire LF IXe are the fastest fighters above 30000 ft.

Climb rate
The Bf 109G-6 has the best climb rate at bst1 (dunno how accurate it is vs historical data), while the Spitfire and C.205 are quite evenly matched. The Spit IXe emergency climbs better than the Veltro at WEP though. The P-40F has the worst climb rate.

Sustained turn
When it comes to holding a sustained turn the Spitfire IXe is clearly best (tested at sea level), owing to it's superior power/weight ratio, large wing area and good wing efficiency. The Spit's radius of turn is fairly even to the other fighters but it can complete a lap faster. All the other fighters are very evenly matched and the skill of the pilot, coupled with the energy level at which one enters a turn fight will probably determine the outcome. When it comes to high speed turning the Axis fighters are more evenly matched to the Spitfire due to the Spit's thin wings and low max AoA, but once excess energy has been spent, the Spitfire will win the turn fight.

Guns
The P-38G has heavy firepower with 4x .50 cals and 1x 20 mm focused in the nose (minimal convergence). The Spitfire IXe, C.205, Bf 109G-6 and P-40F are all quite evenly matched and nearly just as hard hitting as the P-38G. The C.205 has twice the ammo load of the Spit IXe though. The C.202 has a quite weak punch with only 2x .50 cals and 2x. 303 cals.

Other
The Bf 109 rolls best, with the other fighters roll fairly competitive to each other. The P-38G is the slowest roller. The Spit, C.202 and P-40F have the best stall speeds for slow speed maneuver fighting. The Bf 109G-6, C.205 and P-38G are fairly similar, with the P-38G at a disadvantage in scissors due to it's slow roll rate.
