You asked us to write in email form our concerns, questions and complaints to you direct so that you can attempt to gain some answers for all of us in the Warbirds community. with that being said let me start out by saying thank you for this undertaking. I my self have tried to understand the Warbirds game as a whole and to my surprise I have come up with the answer that the game itself is directed by those who are in play. What I am saying is that all of us who pay to play should have a voice in what outcome, direction, and solution the game needs to survive. Whether or not we agree or disagree with an option of the game we should all be considered a valuable opinion in any an all future moves the game needs to make to survive and strive forward. As of late this option seems to be abandoned by the powers that be. I for one am usually a go for the flow type of person as far as what is best for all, not for for an individual a squad or for that matter an administrator. What has happened to our community of diversified individuals is upsetting. This game has gone from fun and frustrating( in a good way ) to down right unbelievable at times. Yes it is just a game. But in my opinion and I assume for others, is also a gathering of different individuals form different countries, life styles, and opinions that make this game what it is. It seems the powers that be, have lost track of this fact. we all pay to play, not be told to pay, play it this way or don't play at all.

My complaints are as follows:
1. Why the direct change to an arena that was offered as a 3 Sunday event. We normally have options to fly in S3'S or not when in season.Same should be for now.
2 We need a better response from Top individuals other than the "take or leave it" motto he has been accustomed to dealing out when being questioned.
3 ( personal problem) Why is there a customer service department. I have had the unfortunate task of being billed $74.85 for a monthly premium acct. I have emailed several time, called and left messages several times with not 1 response. WHY?????

Concerns and Opinions
1 This a great game for all of us. We all have room for improvement, in the way way we interact and conduct ourselves among others. Myself included. I am by far no angel when it comes to being frustrated at a GAME. But I am not the one being paid by others to establish a community of online flyers. It is great task to undertake, and I for one am appreciative when it is undertaken. Not the happiest when I am being forced into something I don't understand, or not being fully informed of the reason why.
2 I am pretty well P.O.'d at the lack of care and response dealing with billing and the way concerns were answered. Not professional and not very smart business practices. I have stated to all those concerned my intent to leave the game again, ( i am a throw back for the early 90"s) at the end of this month. But I find myself doing exactly what I am complaining about, and that is making statements on the run, without considering the outcome of others. I do not want to lose all the friendships, enemies ( it is just a game), and just all around good fun I have come to enjoy based solely on some ones near sided view of " my way or the highway".
In closing I hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel , so to speak. I truly am a fan of the game. I don't fly for the score, the points, or for the thrill of shooting down enemies ( well maybe some of them). I come here to have fun, learn from others, and listen and enjoy others life stories.

Consider this:
you say, "the game itself is directed by those who are in play." As a player/subscriber, you have the ability to voice your opinion at any time. You perhaps should remember the game was developed at great expense by people as a source of income. The game is provided for people to participate in what is offered. I agree subscribers should be listened to and developers should take heed to what is being said. But, it remains your choice to play or not.

The developer (not the ones actually putting in the immense numbers of hours creating the game) can do with it as he pleases. Not always the best for those that pay to play, still his choice.

" Sorry but that is just not the case, you can express your opinions in the hope they will be recognized, beyond that it remains the developer as to what the game will be. There is, of course, your option to invest monetarily in the game. If accepted by the current owner then you will have direct input in its creation. Harsh but true!

I respect your concerns and hope, as you do, they are listened to. Keep at it as all of us do occasionally, voicing your opinion and enjoy what it is at the moment.
