Can anyone explain the AI weirdness at the 8 minute mark? Perhaps the pilot jumping to or from his AI? Also, I've been asked how I fly with such a low frame rate as seen in my videos. My actual frame rate while playing is usually in the hundreds, but I only record at 30 frames/sec to reduce file size. When converting the file to an .avi, the frame rate sometime goes down to the low 20's and there is a slight loss in detail. What I see while playing is smoother and clearer. Lastly, you will occasionally see a split second pause in the recordings. This is a penalty caused by the recording program; it records to the physical hard drive and sometimes gets bogged down transferring data to it. Minor, but irritating. |
