This frame will start a bit clustered. Everyone has to login as green due to the fact there is only one airfield. A purp or red CV does not change the fact.
IJ players go red and to their CV at T-20. US players stay at F1 until their CVs are enabled sometime after T+0.
IJ players that login in later due to disco etc cannot give the US CV position away. Sportsmanship is a keynote to S3 play.
Both sides pretty much know where the oppositing CV groups should be roughly but there is a chance they could be missed.
