BILL ELLIOTT IS HAVING A HARD TIME WITH WARBIRDS AUTHENTICATION. HE HAD TO RELOAD\REINITIATE WARBIRDS 2016 AND NOW HE CAN NOT GET ON WARBIRDS EVEN THOUGH HE HAS DISK AND COMPLETELY RELOADED WARBIRDS.

PLEASE GET HIM UP AND OPERATING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IT SEEMS ILL ADVISED TO TAKE 48 HRS OR MORE TO DO THIS. SOMEONE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF EVENT QUICKLY AND APPROPRIATELY.

IN ADDITION TO THIS HIS HANDLE IS APPARENTLY MESSED UP ALSO. HE REQUESTED I TRY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR WBILL WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO COULD DO THIS. HE IS KNOWN AS TAPS ON TS3, TAPSSS ON WARBIRDS AND WOULD LIKE HIS HANDLE
TO BE TAPS66. PLEASE CORRECT HIS HANDLE TO REFLECT TAPS66 ON HIS WARBIRDS ACCOUNT.

AUTHENTICATE HIS COPY OF WARBIRDS 2016
CHANGE HIS HANDLE TO REFLECT TAPS66

As a side note.

I don't believe that you can actually have "numbers" within your player name either.
Some characters are restricted.

Don't take my word for it, last time I did that was 8 years ago.

The first 10 snazzy names I tried were already taken.. so I though to myself... bollocks!
And that is how that came about.

But yes.. IENT Customer service are the only ones who deal with account issues.
