S3 Series

V1s running in S3 arena for practice.

Formation of 18 AI B17s running from 30 to 47 and back. Set at 25 of 100 tactics and 25 of 100 weapon skill with engagement range of 7200ft. We will probably have to go to AI formations so it is worth testing. So far they run fine as long as you dont try to bomb anything. Trying to keep them in formation while under attack. Formation not too tight to allow some isolation of aircraft and hopefully limit warping.

Just V1s now, watched the B17s do stupid things so back to the drawing board.

V1s and B24Js now. Seem to work better than the B17Gs. Keep formation and will defend. No bombing as yet.

That Buff Tuff in this S3 is a tad too strong, isn't it? Seen a 109 G14 empty half its ammo into one, and not much damage to the buff.

From the buff group....it seemed OK . Not saying it's right but EVERY buff was damaged. Plus you scored 2-3 kills as write offs once we landed. If you had hit the buffs hard with numbers they would have been wiped out.
