S3#93 – The Soft Underbelly; Sicily - Summer 1943 http://www.squadselectseries.com The Allied invasion of Sicily was the first step to knock Italy out of the war. British, Canadian and American divisions would land on the southeast and southcentral coasts of Sicily under a umbrella of air formations from around the world. The Axis distracted fighting the Battle of Kursk at the time nevertheless put some of their best formations on the island to hold off the Allied attack. In this event both sides must concentrate on hitting surface targets as the Allied invasion evolves and the frontlines move farther onto the island. Featuring the new Sicily terrain representing 345 real world miles at 1 to 1 scale, the new FM fuel mods will now play and important role in a\c selection. With 237 target locations there will be more than enough options for both sides to attack. Starts May 3 in the S3 Arena at 8:30PM Eastern/5:30 PM Pacific Passwords are out and forums are active. Slight delay on the new terrain but it should be in the S3 arena shortly. Need to update the map PDF with field numbers and post the point summary for planning. Hopefully tonight. Looks like we will get the P40F variant in this one. |

If it is not supposed to be the final map in that directory then Jabo can fix it on Friday. But for now the error is fixed. Jabo , I did not see the TSUmap.pdf uploaded in another directory so you must have just not uploaded it.
