Just gotta say WOW! Most exciting S3 Frame I've had in a long time. Nice job by the escorts...unable to strip you, and nice job on reception as well. Flying the vision restricted allied rides, into and out of LW country has to be one of the toughest nuts to crack in an S3...especially given inflight GPS, Picture Perfect Radar, and 100% radio contact at all times...makes it even harder. One side has all the advantages, the other has to wait and see. <S>! Action! Crashed on the best engagement (2nd one after initial contact was a chocolate mess!!) 20 Minutes of palm sweating, ass tightening fighter to fighter action!....grrr...do NOT upgrade versions (or it could just be me!). Post Berlin Action |

<S>s to the allied bombers, Frame 5 was full of classic action. I agree with Dobs completely. <S> to the escorts especially that jug in frame 4 who managed to stay with buffs whole way out. |

After I discoed early, I ran GCI for awhile. I then rolled to try to get hits on returning bombers. Just couldn't get up to altitude. |

Yes it was exciting and hope you all loved the tight formation we had. Our escorts did one hell of job for us, but you guys learned fast and was able to take some of us out. Still it was exciting! <S> |

Thanks Timos! I used the ACMCAM to record a lot of videos and thought after getting my new kick ass computer, I wouldn't get the warping during playback. WRONG! i was hoping to share our flight with you all but the warping with the large group is not viewable. Yes, I can use Action, but I really like switching views and aircrafts. Does anyone have a solution for me? Thanks <S> |

I used acmcam during some of the action and when I was flying close escort, the warping looks like "Dance of the Fortresses" 'No plan survives first contact with the enemy'....glad this one played out much as I intended. Was a fun frame for us as well <S> |

Not really Hawk....Action! eliminates the warping from ACMCAM...but that limits your ability to hop around. Comment was made on LW channel that the Buffs are TIGHT! Good job. Made one pass post Berlin and yep you were tight. Dobs |

I made two guns blazing passes on the lead buff that got out in front a little bit a few miles before Berlin. one of the passes I think I had some scary hits raking down the pilot side fuselage, Hope I didnt make you spill your drink |

A lot more defensive flying on the buff's part kept throwing off good runs. Every time we thought we had a good line up the aspect was changed at the last second forcing us to kind just sling it out there and hope something hit. With escort around it was mostly punching it and hope for the best. I think a few gunners could give an accurate description of my face as I went screaming by. Also, ACM is not a video recorder. It records the data from each player in real time, lag and all and plays it back within the game engine. Due to this planes will always jitter unless you record a LAN party or something. Try running ACM in offline mod and notice the difference in playback. Action! records your screen/application frame rate as you see it when you play the game and so is very smooth, processing power notwithstanding. Downside is your view is limited by what you can use in the arena. A good thing when promoting the game I think so they can see the tension from the player perspective |
