Number of kills is only one aspect of what it takes to define a pilot as "experten". If you change to that sole measure you can kiss teamwork goodbye in this sim. There's much more that should be considered. Service as wingmen often result in low kill rates, but higher assist rates. Even those who put themselves out there as bullet sponges are performing a function dragging the enemy into a deadly trap. The existing parameter of what constitutes an expert is limited, but so is just considering kills. From a fighter standpoint, here is my list of considerations: 1. Number of Frames 2. Number of different aircraft flown. 3, Kills 4. Assists 5. Kills of AI 6. Total sorties with successful returns. That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure others could add to the list, especially our bomber pilots. This needs much more thought. S! Crommm American Eagles |
