OK everyone that wants to start practicing we will be buzzing straight over the runway of F35 green at about 2000 feet - P-51's will be at 48%. All planes in finger 4 formation preferably with d4 separation for wings and D8 for separate squadrons. We have a map if you need it email me notesmd AT Comcast DOT net.

In the combined arena at the very top of the list - all squads flying their squads ride.

Just get some practice tonight if you can and we will have sessions on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday to work out the kinks (if any) and to allow for times where someone can't make it.

The final practice will be announced. on the nights I will be there 2100 est 4th ts

Thanks all!

Is the planned date for this still Sun July 12? More threads are coming out and making it confusing.

Yes that is the real deal - there will be one video shot by Kelly before then but he will control that.

It would be good if everyone read Kelly's post for his flyby Video, I am the only CO who has confirmed for him.

Thanks for the clarification, =Weis=. I have been following both threads, however, this is the first that I realized that this large formation wants to get created TWICE.

Gentlemen:

We have made the following rehearsal schedule for Pappbys fly-over:

Time: 2100 EST for all Rehearsals

5 Jul ? possible if you want to practice
8 Jul 1st Dress Rehearsal (Need everyone there who wants to Particapate)
11 Jul Full Dress Rehearsal (Last chance to participate)
12 Jul Full Blown Fly-over for Pappy (Show-up 1 hr Early min for pre-flight briefing and final coordination)

If you want to participate and do not have a group to fly with we will put you with someone.

Additionally, Omega is doing an update on the Bio posted on the forum.

These dates are very important so C.O. make sure your pilots who participate are present and on time. There will most likely be

a lot of confusion on the 8th with so many pilots, so please be patient as we get things setup.

If you have any questions contact me <notesmd@comcast.com> I will not be available until this weekend or Omega <Capt12pm@sbcglobal.net.

Also C.O.s and their respective pilots can practice by themselves getting their formations setup and flying in fourship finger

formations to get their Groups setup for the rehearsals. We are using field F34 flying over and along the runway running SE to NW. (Correction the direction should be NW to SE)

in the Main Combined Area (Greece Map) 1st Area listed. Try to fly D4 to D2 between A/C and D6 to D8 between formations. If you have multiple formations

then either fly as single finger four (easiest) or multiple fours (hardest). Pacing should no more then 10-20 seconds approximately between flights.

If we can be of any help please let us know.
