Very cool video hawk! and love the music from Benny Hill, great choice!

Just before those attempted traps this is what was seen on our carrier:

On a good note at the end of the frame, precision flying was done by returning members of the 23rd showcased by the Smith-san brothers in their tandem CV trap. Grmpy- caught #1 and split caught #2 wire. Is the zeke that much easier to get onboard?
We all broke out the sake and watched our sister CV trap attempts.

Wish we had video as well, cause I've bolted on occasion myself.
Does frap allow you to take video from the tower and then pan around? Or just how did you capture those shots?

FRAPs runs in the background like ACTION. When you want to record, just press the hot key and off you go. So what you see in the game gets recorded.

Both Fraps and Action record either the DirectX action (meaning whatever exe/app is running) or captures whatever is displayed on your screen like what you see in YouTube tutorials. So whatever you do in game be it flying or in tower, the video will record it. You can run acm cam to get the action as it happens and then in the player you can go to different camera points and record it.

The problem with ACMCAM is the warping issues. I would like to use it, but just can't get good vids from it.

What we found works best is a steeper angle, and target the square. Seems like a crash landing, but as your plane sinks into the boat, it catches a wire and you pop back up on the deck in fine shape. :)
