S3 Series

Will try to make this my last input on subject.
Now being I don't have are know exactly what comms with Jabo was made it is a Mute Issue--However, if someone just happen to ask if they could use the other CV I can see where Jabo may have assumed that person group was not trapped on the CV --Like how many request does he get each frame night? Much less the time he must spend to see thing are working straight. In my mind it was nothing more than Teleporting--which is a NO-NO.
I might add, having 4 children,4 Grand children and 2 Great Grand children, not to mention a wife, I know how some people can ask a question in a certain way to get the intended response!
Way to often, its the old easer to get forgiveness than it is permission.

The bottom line --the very last thing listed under the Series Rules reads"S3 Clarifications - the S3 staff reserves the right to make a ruling on questions or game situations not answered completely or missed by the rules."

I support what ever way he calls but IMHO it should stand as posted in summary!

Under this particular circumstance, with all the reasons already mentioned, there's no way I can justify receiving a penalty plane.

1. We didn't land at an outpost.
2. We didn't ditch planes near an outpost.
3. We didn't die in the buffer.
4. We were in the tower on the CV when it sank.
5. We DID NOT ask to be allowed to up from the other CV.
6. We were told that we could up from the other CV by JABO. ***KEY POINT***
7. We DID up from that CV and rebase to land fields, as requested by COOLON.
8. From this point on, I would suggest that if a CV goes down, any pilots on that CV should be out for the night. That is one of the goals of sinking a CV or closing a field, I would think.
9. This post is way past its usefulness when folks chime in only to "agree" with what so and so said. Haha.

Here we are Saturday afternoon, and we still have no definitive word from JABO about this unique situation. Under these special circumstances, I can't see that we should be penalized for doing something that we had no control over.
