Kesselring's fears were confirmed. AVM Tedder has allocated one Squadron of B-17Fs to Broadhurst's order of battle.

Axis: Max three a/c types from the fol list. May re-fly the same type so long as it is not lost. Max three lives.

Allied:
B-17F will be enabled from Malta. Max 5 players may fly a single sortie the B-17F (2 wingmen each).
All B-17s must fly in a single formation and attack the same targets. Players significantly lagging the formation, or attempting solo attacks away from the main formation will be ejected from the arena.
Max three a/c types from the fol list. May re-fly the same type (except the B-17) so long as it is not lost. Max three lives.

Here is a quick comparison of the fighters in frame 5.

* The Bf 109G-6's can just barely outspeed the Allied planes at bst2, but only for 1 minute.
* The G-6/RVI is 5 mph (8 kmh) slower than the G-6, and also rolls somewhat worse.
